I mentioned in the post below that my buddy Joe's '48 Panhead took best of show at Billetproof last weekend. Here are some pics of the bike. How do you create a scooter like this? With 30 years of NOS parts, a huge barn full of state-of-the-art machining equipment and a VERY understanding girlfriend. These pics were taken the following afternoon at the Vintage Motorcycle show hosted by the Gilmore Museum way out West of the D. More on that show coming soon.
